Tenement in Stepull Gyddyng in which Robert Boton, son of 2., now lives, with all lands, apps., rents etc. belonging to it, which 1. lately had of the aforesaid John Boton of Stepull Gyddyng by his deed made in respect thereof. To 2. for the term of their lives, and after the death of them both to the aforesaid Robert Boton, their son, and Agnes his wife, and the heirs of the bodies of the said Robert and Agnes, legitimately begotten, for ever. Witnesses: Simone Kyng of Stepull Gyddyng; Thomas Kyng; William Burges; William Rugby and John Spycer, of the same place.
