Swithin Button, son of 1., John Robury and William Leighton of Gyddyng aforesaid. 1. to 2. in trust for Swithin and his heirs. 1 messuage with 60 as. arable land with all apps. in Steple Gyddynge, situated between a tenement of the Abbot of Ramsey on the east, and one of Lionel Kynge on the west, the end of which abuts on the chief cross of the town, and which was lately purchased of John Stukeley of Folkesworth. To use of said Swithin and his heirs for ever. And as 1. appointed John Harvey as his attorney to take possession of the said premises now he (Hervey) is to deliver possession and seisin to 2. Witnesses: Robert Leiyton, Lionel Kynge; William Smyth, Thomas Robury.
