DescriptionRichard Boton was admitted by brother Robert Houghton, treasurer of the monastery of Ramsey, as tenant of 3 vacant foundations formerly buildings, now called the borned(?) yards, lying near a lane called Churche lane. And also one other tenement lying on the south side of the said vacant foundations, with all lands, apps. etc: in Gyddyng aforesaid. At £3 p.a. to be paid at Michaelmas to whoever is treasurer. Boton to do repairs. Power of distraint to treasurer. Boton paying 13/4d. premium and 26/8d. amercement.
