Giddinge, gent, decd. 2. John Bedell, Hamerton, gent. 1. b. and s. to 2., for a certain sum of money, 1's 1/3 of messuages and lands with apps. late in occupation of Wm. Button, in S. Giddinge, and all 1's other lands in S. Giddinge and Hamerton, which late were the said Richard Button's decd., and which 1. inherited from his mother. 1. will, within the next 5 years, execute any reasonable act required by 2. for the better assuring of the premises to 2.
