Druell, the son, and dau. of the said Wm. Drewe. 2. John Bedell, Hamerton, Esq. 1. to 2. for £600 2 messuages farme and cottage with apps in S. Geddinge late in occupation of Joane Barnes, widow, and all arable and pasture lands (180as), with farm and cottage in S. Gedding and Hamerton, with all other property of 1. in S.Giddinge or Hamerton. Free from incumbrances except demise made by Humfry Druell, the younger, and Eliz. his wife, of the said messuage, lands and other premises to the said Joan Barnes, widow, for a term of which there is not above 19 years to come, at £20 p.a. which shall remain payable to 2. 1. agree with 2. to execute any reasonable act for the better conveyance of the premises to 2. within the next 10 years, and to deliver any necessary deeds to 2. before next Michaelmas.
