Description1. John Bedell, Hamerton, Esq. 2. John Bradley, Hamerton, yeoman. Agreed that 1. shall levy fine in favour of 2. of messuage in S. Giddinge, lately inhabited by Thos. Toseland, tog. with Dovehouse Close with all apps., which sometime were the inheritance of Richard Button, gent, decd. And Little Spynney with apps. in S. Giddinge, which 2. purchased of Nicholas Tothell, yeoman and Eliz., his wife, Arable lands, meadows, hadons etc. in Steple Giddinge, specified in schedule to indenture of even date made between 1. and 2. with all apps. wherein 1. is seised. Fine to be levied before 1 May, next. To use of 2. and heirs for ever.
