Recites: 1) Indenture of 1st October, 1610 by which John and Peter Bradley granted an annuity of £10 to 1. with conditions. 2) Demise of term from Bradleys to 1. in same indenture. Now 1. to 2. for £200. £10 annuity and all his right in the premises from which it came. 1. will execute any act necessary for the further conveying to 2.
