Messuage and apps. in A.Gidding/S. Gidding part of the freehold of Michael Totnell decd. late bro. of Raphe, late of Steeple Gidding, yeoman, late in the tenure of the said Raphe. All lands with apps. in S. Gidding in tenure of Raphe Totnell or Michael T., with 3 as. 1r. in Lowe meadow in S. Gidding and Hamerton, late in the tenure of Raphe Totnell, and all lands in which Raphe, or the late Michael T. had any freehold estate, And all estate, right, title etc. of 1. in the premises. 1. and Eliz, wife of Raphe, or anyone having claim under them or under Michael Totnell or Richard Button, decd., except Alan Bell and Richard Jacob, granted a demise for 40 years by indenture of yesterday, shall within 7 years from now execute deeds of further assurance, for the better conveyancing by fine, etc., against 1. and the heirs of Michael T. and Richard Button, in favour of 2., to use of 2.
