Description1. R. Pulleyn. 2. Nathaniel Philips and William Kennell (Cannoll) 2. to enter on all the grounds late in the possession of Mr. Emery of S. Gidding and to hold the same for 3 years. Except the close next to Mr. Chambers, instead of which they are to have the Hall yard until the great house is let. The walnut trees excepted from this agreement. At a yearly rent of £125. 1. to pay town duties and tythe and to do certain repairs.
