Messuage late in occupation of - Mehew with lands, i.e. Stimsons Close, The Allpitts, Mitchells, and The 2 Meadows (161as) late in occupation of Thomas Mehew. With the Great Tythes of the said premises. For 9 years from 5 April next at £220 p.a. plus £5 per acre for every over 94 acres ploughed. £5 for every acre ploughed otherwise than 2 crops and a fallow, or for more than 10 years in any one tillage. £5 for every acre not sown with 10lbs. of Common Clover seed, 10lbs. of Dutch Clover seed or 10lbs of Trefoil seed. and for every acre mowed more than once in a year, and for every acre ploughed other than in its turn in a due course of husbandry. £1 for every load of hay, straw etc. which 2. sells or removes from the said premises. 1. will pay land tax and will in the first year put up various buildings, fences etc. Endorsed: Survey of the premises mentioned in the lease.
