DescriptionRecites: 1) Frances Cotton; Earl and Countess of Denbigh; John Hart Cotton, Warfield, Berks, Esq; and Thomas Bowdler, Bath, Esq., and Elizabeth Stuart, his wife, being seized of equal fourth parts of divers Manors, lands, etc. in Hunts., Beds., and Essex which are intended to be sold. 2) Frances Cotton about to leave this kingdom to go into foreign parts. She appoints Thomas Holled, Lutterworth, Leics., gent, her lawful attorney, jointly with the other owners, to sell any of the aforesaid Manors etc., to receive for her ¼ of the money, to execute conveyances etc. To surrender her copyhold premises to the respective Lords of the Manor for use of the purchaser or purchasers. To execute any necessary leases before the sale. To execute all things concerning the sale as she would herself.
