Recites: 1) Lease/Release of 21/22 June, 1771, by which 1. and others released to 2., 1's ¼'s of the Manor of S. Gidding with apps, Advowson of Church, lands etc., in Steeple G. and Hamerton. 2) Deeds mentioned in schedule below concerning title of manor etc., sold to 2. Now 1. agree with 2. to make available when requested any of the deeds etc. in the schedule below as may be needed to justify the title of 2., except any that have been burnt or accidentally destroyed. Schedule of deeds attached.
