Description1. Kempe Brydges, St. Clements Danes, Middx. woollen draper. 2. Charles Bertie, Uffington, Lincs., Esq., son and heir of the Hon. Charles Bertie, late of Uffington, Esq., decd. by May his late wife. 3. James Mead, London, gent. Recites: 1) Deed to Declare Uses of Common Recovery of 10 Dec. 1728. 2) Deed to Declare Uses of Common Recovery of 17 Dec. 1728. 3) Death of Charles Bertie, the father, with the £15,000 + £45 interest still due to 1. 2. and Albemarle Bertie and Matthew Boucherett have sold Hunts Closes to William Dillingham and the money has all been paid to 1. 4) Assignment of even date from 1. to George Noble of Hunts Close for residue of term of 1,000 years in trust for Dillingham. Now for the £1,545 paid to 1. and for 5/- paid to 1. by 3. 1., by direction of 2. assigns to 3. all premises in Great Stukeley and elsewhere demised to 1. (except Hunts Closes), for residue of term in trust for 2. and whoever is entitled to the freehold by indenture of 18 Dec. 1728. Endorsed: Re-assignment of Term in Trust 3 May, 1758 1. James Mead, London, gent. 2. Charles Bertie, Uffington, Esq., son and heir to within-named Chas. Bertie, Esq. 3. Sir John Heathcote, Normanton, Bart. 4. Taylor White, Lincolns Inn, Esq. Recites 3's recent purchase from 2. of the Manor and rectory of Gt.S., with all farms, lands etc. in Gt.S. assigned to 1. by within written indenture and conveyance of of same to 3. by Lease and Release for £11,700. Now 1., for 10/- from 4., at direction of 2. and nomination of 3, to 4., in trust for 3., All those premises in Gt.S. or elsewhere in in Hunts assigned to 1. by within written indenture. For residue of term.
