DescriptionCottage in Lt.S. in occup. of said Thomas Manton and Mary Johnson, with outhouses, apps. etc; except and always reserved to Daniel White, late of Lt.S. and his heirs, all the common right and allotment of common right made or to be made in lieu of right of common belonging to the said cottage by virtue of Lt.S. Inclosure Act. Edward Lover acknowledges that he has the original surrender of which this is a true copy and promises to present the same at the next Manor Court.
