DescriptionCottage with pasture and apps. Messuage with apps; close of pasture (5as), lately allotted to said George Pettit upon the Inclosure of the Common Fields of Lt.S., in lieu of the lands lying in Lt.S. All premises held of the said Manor and now in the several tenures of Thomas Cole and - Voss?? And all other lands of said George Pettit in this manor with all apps. etc.: On condition that if George Pettit shall pay £60 with lawful interest on 24 Jan. next to Robert Slow this surrender shall be void. Copy: Another hand has substituted Thomas for George in the 1st line. Note: I have the original surrender in my hands to present at the next court John Rowe Endorsed: Receipt 24 July, 1782 from George Pettit to Robert Slow for £60, the consideration money for the surrender.
