Description1. George Pettit. 2. Jacob Hunt, Huntingdon, gent; and Thomas Pettit. Recites: 1) Will of George Pettit, late of Brampton, yeoman, decd., of 27 Feb. 1788, by which he left to Thomas Pettit, his grandson, all his messuages and lands in Lt.S. and in the town of Huntingdon, subject to the payment of £50 to his son, 1., within 6 months after his decease. And changed the said messuages and lands with the said payment. And appointed 2 exors. of the said will, proved by Jacob Hunt in the Peculiar Court of Brampton. 2) Payment today by Jacob Hunt to 1. the said £50. Now 1. acknowledges receipt of same and discharges 2. and the said messuages so charged with the payment of the same and the estate and effects of the said George Pettit the testator for ever from the said legacy and all claims and demands re. the same.
