DescriptionPiece of arable land (4a.2r.) in Little Stukeley held of the Manor at 4/4d. yearly rent. And set out in the inclosure of the said parish to George Pettit, decd., now in occup. of John Hale, with all apps., reversions, rents etc. Added: Receipt from Edward Lovett to John Heathcote of £200. Enclosed: 1) Memorandum of Agreement 19 May 1828 1. Mr. Edward Lovett 2. John Halls Both of Little S. 1. agrees to sell to 2. all that 4a.17p. of arable land in 1 close adjoining the public road leading to Alconbury, east north and west next land belonging to John Heathcote, Esq., and south next to the Rectory land belonging to the Rev. Mr. Barber. For £200, £10 paid as deposit, rest to be paid at old Michaelmas 1828, when estate is conveyed to 2. 1. to pay ½ the expenses of the writings. 2) Receipt 19 Apr. 1828 from William Woods and Thomas Garner, Collectors, to Mr. Lovett, for 8/6d. for ½ year's land tax in the parish of Little S.
