Description | 1. to 2. for £56.14s. paid to David Veasey Esq., treasurer of the said Union, to be placed to the Lt.S. parish property acc. 3 freehold cottages in Lt.S. To 2. for life, then to use of Richard Cross, Huntingdon, gent, and heirs during life of 2. in trust, then to 2. and heirs for ever, with no right of dower to 2's widow. Approved and registered 30 Nov. 1840. Endorsed: 1) Memo. that the common seal of the Guardians of the within-named Union was affixed to this deed at a meeting of them held on the day of the date thereof by Mr. John Butt, chairman, by order of the Board, in the presence of Richard Cross, assistant Clerk of the Union. 2) Receipt from D. Veasey and R. Cross to 2. for £56.14s. even date. |
