Description1. Henry English, London, Esq. 2. Robert Pulleyn, Middle Temple, London, Esq. 1. to 2. for £70 paid and £310 to be paid. All lands of 1. in Upton with apps. 1. covenants that he and Henry Lee, Dane Johns, Kent, will before the end of next Hilary Term convey the said lands to 2. And it is covenanted that Thomas E., bro. of 1., shall agree with 2. that 2. may enjoy said premises discharged from one judgement obtained by Thomas E. against 1. and from all other demands of Thomas E. on the premises. 1. will procure 1 other judgement obtained by Richard Thorne, Esq., decd., against him to be discharged on the said premises. 2. to pay the £310 before 13 Feb. next. If judgement to Thorne not vacated before then, either 1. and Thomas E. bind themselves to 2. for its vacating within next 2 years, or leave so much of the purchase money as is thought fit be left in hands of 2. by way of caution.
