Warner by his will of 18 Apr. 1679 leaving all his lands to his son, 1. Now 1. to 2. for £386. All lands in above-mentioned indenture with apps. and also the said new erected houses. All other lands of 1. in Upton and all deeds re. them. 1. to perform any necessary deeds of further assurance within the next 7 years. Endorsed: Receipt of even date from 1. to 2. for £386.
