Description1. Robert Pulleyn, Middle Temple, Esq. 2. Henry English, London, Esq. Recites: 1) 1. having bought lands in Upton of Henry Lee, described in indenture of even date. 2) Richard Thorne, decd., obtaining judgements against 2. 3) Agreed that £118 be left in the hands of 1. to indemnify him against such judgements and costs. 2. covenants with 1. that 2. will procure satisfaction of such judgements and until such satisfaction is ackd. he will indemnify 1. and the lands against all such judgements and all executions upon them. And 1. covenants with 2. that within 2 months after satisfaction is ackd. of said judgements 1. will pay to 2. £118 with interest.
