Recites: 1) Assignment of Term of 6 Dec. 1680 2) Lease and Release of 7/8 Dec. 1680 3) Covenant of 9 Dec. 1680. Now Sir Thomas Stringer, by direction of Thomas English, confirms to 2. the several respective estates to them above-mentioned (Manor of Upton with all apps.) to be respectively bargained and sold, assigned, released etc., freed of all claims made by 1. or by Sir Edward Winter, Battersey, Kt.
