Description1. Robert Pulleyn, Middle Temple, gent. 2. Thomas English, Buckland and Henry English, Wigsall. 3. James Fairclough, London, Dr. of Physick. 4. Lionell Walden, Huntingdon, Esq. Recites: 1) Indenture of 28 July last by which 2. to 1. for £3,300, £2,600 of which was paid to 3., released Manor of Upton with apps. And all lands of 2. in Upton except Hulls Farm (54a.) and Short Wood (40a.) and the way to and from it. 2) 1. by deed poll of even date with release of 28 July promises to reconvey to Thomas English all the premises for £150 more than the purchase money. Now 2., and 1. by direction of 2. to 4., for £3,900; £150 and £400 to 1., £750 to 2. and £2,600 to 3. Manor of Upton with apps. and all lands of 1. and 2. in Upton except Hulls Farm, Short Wood and Stretham farm, and all necessary deeds. 2. to 4. Short Wood and way to and from it, and all their land with apps in Upton except Hulls Farm. 2., before the end of next Easter Term will levy a Fine in favour of 4. to use of 4. Land clear except for lease of 24 Jan. 1680. 2. to perform any necessary deeds of further assurance within next 10 years. Endorsed: 1) Receipt from 1. to 4. for £550. Even date. 2) Receipt from 2. to 4. for £750. Even date.
