Now 1. to 2. for £1,500, the consideration money of a release of even date. 2 messuages in Upton, now in occup. of John Freeman. Large inclosure of meadow called The Freehold in Upton (46a.2r.7p.); 3 small closes of meadow called the Quinces (5a.1r.24p.); 1 small close called Pipers Piece (2a.29p.); Pearsons Piece (10a.3r.37p.). All in Upton in occup. of John Freeman. All lands of in Upton or Alc. Weston, with all apps., and deeds re. them. 1. promises to levy a fine before next Mich. Term, in favour of 2., to use of 2.
