DescriptionBefore Peter Pheasaunt, Esq., steward of William Smith of Pritlewell and his heirs for ever to one little piece or parcel of land now in the occupation of John Dawson containing by estimation 18 ft. of assize from north to south and 12 ft. of assize from east to west. On the surrender of the said John Dawson out of court on 18 March last into the hand of Thomas Payte, bailiff, James Spencer and Samuel Barker, copyhold tenants of this manor, being witnesses.
