All that messuage with adjoining yards and 3 crofts of land with hedges ditches and dykes and all other apps. called Paperelle in the parish of Prittewell between the king's highway leading from Prittlewell marketplace towards Hadleigh on the south and a certain lane called North lane on the west and the land of the prior and convent of Prittewell on east and north, which lately belonged to John Perte, George Spetell and John Beney of Midilton now decd., from the gift of Wm. Perte. To use of William and Agnes Tyler and their lawful heirs, according to the will of Wm. Perte of Midilton. Given at Prittewell.
