(ii) Death of Catherine Moyer leaving John Heathcote, Charles St., Berkeley Sq., Esq. her nephew and heir at law and devisee named in the will of Catherine Moyer decd. Now admission of John Heathcote by Edward Samuel Hardisty, Esq., to said moiety under the said will for life.
