Several closes (104a.2r.5p.) called The Dry Street Farm in Fobbing now in occup. of 2. and particularly specified in Schedule No.1. hereunder written. And messuage or farmhouse with all apps. belonging. And several closes (126a.3r.33p.) called Hawksbury Bush Farm, Fobbing, now in occup. of 2. specified in Sch. 2 hereunder written, with all apps. Except reserved to 2. timber and trees, mines and quarries and game with rights of ingress and egress. For 14 years from last Michaelmas at £180 p.a. and a further £20 for every acre of meadow land ploughed.
