Several closes (104a.2r.5p.) called The Dry Street Farm in Fobbing now in occup. of 2. and particularly specified in Schedule No.1. hereunder written. And messuage or farmhouse with all apps. belonging. And several closes (126a.3r.33p.) called Hawksbury Bush Farm, Fobbing, now in occup. of 2. specified in Sch. 2 hereunder written, with all apps. Except reserved to 2. timber and trees, mines and quarries and game with rights of ingress and egress. For 14 years from last Michaelmas at £180 p.a. and a further £20 for every acre of meadow land ploughed. Power of distraint to 1; 2. to pay taxes, except land tax and property tax; 2. to do repairs; 1. providing materials; 2. not to cut trees, except hedges, and to protect trees from cattle not to plough the meadows more than once a year; to reside in the Dry Street Farmhouse; to do a 5 year rotation of the arable land, so that 1/5 is fallow each year, and equal proportions grown of corn-crops; to use all the hay etc. Not to grow more than 2a. pototoes a year; 2. not to part with this lease etc. except by will without licence from 1. 1. to make twice-yearly inspections; 1. to repay and allow the land tax chargeable on said premises; 1. to provide materials for repairs.
