(changed from Samuel Moyer, Clapham, Surrey, Esq.). 1. In consideration of 2. having surrendered to 1. a former lease of their site of the Manor and Marsh with apps granted to S. Moyer, Esq. since decd., on 20 Jan. 1668 now to be made void. 1. to 2. Site of their manor of Hawkesbury, marsh with apps. called Lambcote Marsh in Fobbing, now in occup. of Samuel Moyer with all lands and apps. (except waifs, strays, rents, fines, heriots, and courts). For 21 years from last Mich., at £.13s. p.a. 2. to pay all taxes and do repairs, 1. to make twice-yearly inspections. 2. to deliver a rentall within 6 months of said lands and renew it every it years. 2. to have timber for repairs from lands. Power of distraint to 1. Successors of 2. to enter on paying penal sum of £20., 2. or successors to pay 20/- as ack.ment that 1. is landlord and 6/8 to Registrar of 1. (made out to S.
