Lawrence Moyer, London, merchant. 1., In consideration that 2. has yielded up to 1. a lease of 25 Jan. 1668 of all the site of the Manor and marish with apps. made between 1. and Samuel Moyer, now decd., now to be cancelled. 1. to 2. Site of their Manor of Hawkesbury and marish with apps called Lambcote Marish in Fobbing, late in occup. of Samuel Moyer with all apps. (except waifs, strays, rents, fines, heryotts and Courts). For 21 years from last Ladyday at £5.13s. p.a. 2. to pay taxes and do repairs. 1. to pay yearly or twice-yearly inspections 2. to deliver within 6 months rental of said premises and to renew it every 6 years. 2. to have tymber to do repairs. Power of distraint to 1. Exors of 2. only to enter with new bond on payment of penal sum of £20 and if 2./ and exors. pay to 1. 20/- ack.ment that 1. is landlord and 6/8d. to Register of 1. for a fee upon delivery of new bond.
