Description(1) Sir John Heathcote, St. James, Westminster, Bart. (2) Benjamin Vernon, Grange Court, nr. Lincolns Inn Fields, St. Clement Danes, Westminster, staymaker, the only surviving exor, of the will of Susanna Nicholls, late of Portugal St., near Lincolns Inn Fields, widow, decd. (3) Flower Osborne, late of Cork Court, Ludgate Hill, but now of Castle St., near The Park St. Mary Overies, Southwark, Surry, widow Gifford Lane, Ludgate Hill, ent. Susanna, his wife. (The 2 women being the residuary legatees of the late Susanna Nicholls.) In performance of an agreement of 23rd. May, 1751 between (1) and Susanna Nicholls and for yearly rent and covenants hereinafter mentioned. (1) to (3). Piece of ground and brick messuage there, on the south side of Portugal St., St. Clement Danes, late Susanna Nicholls', now John Aldin's, with all apps. From Michaelmas 1752 for 21 years and 11 days, at £12 and 7/3d. for the last 11 days. (3) to do repairs. Power of distraint to (1).
