Piece of ground out of the west part of Oldwich Close, St. Giles in the Fields, and 3 messuages with apps. there. From Christmas 1657 for 1,000 years at 1 peppercorn. Clear except for Lease from the Holfords to Walter Burton of 28 April, 1607 for 51 years. (1) to execute any necessary deeds of further assurance within the next 7 years. After expiration of lease to Burton (1) will convey to (2) absolute inheritance of estate in fee simple. Usual covenants.
