TitleDeed to Lead Uses of Fine
Description(1) William Green, Alconbury, farmer, and Mary, his wife. (2) John Hodgson, Bartletts Buildings, City of London, Esq. Recites: (i) Feoffment of 21 May, last. (ii) Agreement of (1) to confirm title of William to said premises and to bar dower of Mary to levy fine to (2) of said closes conveyed to said William and heirs. Now agreed that said fine shall be to such uses as said William Greenby deed or will shall appoint. If none to William Green for life. After determination of that estate to use of (2) and heirs during life of Wm. Green in trust for Wm. Green to prevent dower. Then to use of heirs of Wm. Green for ever.
