TitleLease and Release
Description(1) William Green, Alconbury, farmer. (2) William Loveday, Huntingdon, Esq. (3) John Sweeting, Huntingdon, gent. Recites: (i) Deed to Lead Uses of Fine of 21 June, 1808 and Fine duly levied. (ii) Agreement of (1) and (2) for sale of land comprised in (i) for £3,450. Now for £3,450 from (2) to (1), (1) directs that the hereinafter-mentioned lands shall be to the uses hereinafter limited. And for 10/- from (3) to (1). (1) to (2). Several closes in Alc. (114a.1p.) - as before described, lately in occupation of (1) and now in that of John Halls under lease for 8 years and allotted for Sir Peter Burrell by Alc. Encl. Award of 5 Aug. 1793. (described as before). To the following uses: To such uses as (2) shall appoint by deed. If no such appointment, to use of (2) for life. After determination of that estate during (2)'s lifetime to (3) and heirs for life of (2), in trust for life of (2) and for prevention of dower. After death of (2) to use of heirs of (2) for ever. Lands to be held from 11 Oct. last. Clear except for lease to Halls (1) to do any necessary deeds of further assurance. Land to be held on trust for (2) and heirs to attend upon the freehold and inheritance, to uses and trusts hereinbefore limited. Endorsed: Receipt of even date from (1) to (2) for £3,450.
