DescriptionTo be sold by auction on 9 Feb. next at the Crown and Anchor Tavern, Strand, London. 2 freehold estates. Manor of Steeple Gidding, with perpetual advowson of the Rectory of Steeple G. This manor is tythe free, contains the whole parish and consists of 1,053a. of old inclosed arable meadow and pasture in a ring fence, divided into 5 farms, let to substantial tenants at a total yearly rent of £803.8s. Manor of Hemingford in Stilton - 224a. arable meadow and pasture, 21 cow commons and 192 sheep commons in Stilton common fields and elsewhere in the same parish leased to Joseph Newton at £118 p.a. N.B. This 2nd. estate is at present uninclosed.
