Description(i) A messuage with outbuildings and a close of rich pasture adjoining (3r.) now in occupation of Richard Smith and Thomas Andrews. Quit rent = 1/-. (ii) A messuage with a barn, orchard etc. adjoining (i) in occupation of Thomas Beetles. Quit rent = 6d. (iii) A ground of inclosed arable land (4½a), tythe free and well fenced. In the fields of Little Stukeley. In occupation of W. Throssell. Quit rent 4/4d. All to be sold by auction by James Bird at the Swan in Little Stukeley on 30 Dec. 1795, 4-6 pm. Conditions of sale follow. Memo added that Mr. Edward Lovett bought Lot 3 for £182 and an estimate of the charges which he owes. Similar estimates of charges for M. Coxe and Mr. Bird, implying that they bought Lots. 2 and 3. (?)
