TitleMemorandum that Mr. Seddon and clerks attended in Lincolns Inn to finally settle the purchase of the Drury Lane House with the purchasers
Description3 of them attended - Mr. Blandford, Mr. Wilson and Mr. Hill, and their purchase deeds and copies of the title deeds were delivered to them, having been previously executed by Mr. Heathcote etc. And Mr. Seddon received purchase money - £125 from Mr. Blandford, £106 from Mr. Wilson, and £115 from Mr. Hill. Agreed that Mr. Wilson should pay £10 less and that Mr. Seddon was to settle Mrs. Moyer's portion for her moiety of Lot 2. with Mr. Pardoe at a future time. Settling with Mr. Grantham was deferred till he was back in town. Signed C.E. Male.
