Title	Particular of Christ's College, Cambridge, farm at Upton now let to Freeman.
Description	Sir Robert Cotton is considering tenancy of the farm. Opinion is that the rent is rather high. Also proper compensation should be made to the tenant for the gravel-digging there. There is a pretty spinney of wyches there, but it ought to be fenced in and an allowance made to the tenant. A view may be taken after Midsummer, when members of the College will be welcome at Steeple Gidding. A plan of the farm is enclosed.
