A note added on the quantity and quality of the trees: there are near 1300 trees in the copices and hedgerows. All freehold and no other outgoings from the estate than a small quitt rent of 4/- a year to Mr. Torkington. N.B. Mr. Moyer of Grays Inn is Mr. Curtis' agent.
