DescriptionA.seised of lands for life leaves them to his 3 eldest sons in tail male. If none to any other sons of his in tail. If none to A. and heirs for ever. If any of 3 eldest sons inherit and have a son of 14 years they may revoke the uses limited to them but have no power to limit any new uses. Use limited to A. and heirs is the old Reversion and therefore cannot be altered by any of the 3 eldest sons. Reversion may be grantable ever(?) and this may be done by bargain and sale for a year and confirmed for ever.
