Title	Counsel's Opinion that will and codicil of June 1786 should be proved - preferably by Mr. Heathcote alone for the moment.
Description	Re. other matters that, to avoid family disputes, the directions of the Court of Chancery should be taken and a bill filed for that purpose. In the meantime Mr. Heathcote and Lady H. to maintain the children - to be re-imbursed as necessary. From Ar. Macdonald, John Maddocks and Wm. Holt, Lincolns Inn.
