TitleLetters between George Wilson, Symonds Inn, Thomas Forsyth, Bond St., (solicitors), and John Heathcote, Esq., re. the arrangements for and the hearing of, the case re. the will in Chancery.
DescriptionForsyth reports that the Court has made John H. and Lady H. the guardians of the younger children and Chancery has also fixed the maintenance for them, which only now needs Mr. H's sanction. John H. states his dislike of the decree, because he feels that it overrides the intentions of his brother's will.
