Description(1) John Bryant, St. Mary Magdalen, Bermondsey, Surrey, blacksmith. (2) Hester Haslam, Clapham, Surrey, spinster. (3) Samuell Moyer, Clapham, Surrey, Esq. Recites forthcoming marriage of (1) and (2). Now (1) covenants with (3) that for joynture of (2), (1) and heirs to be seized of messuage now being built with bricks, 28' from East to West and in breadth from the Highway North unto St. Saviours Millpond South 50', on the ground commonly called the Ballast Wharfe in St. Mary, Magdalen, Bermondsey, now in occupation of (1). And in all that shoppe, 30' from east to west and 20' in breadth from north to south, in the said Ballast Wharfe now in occupation of (1). To the following uses: After said intended marriage to use of (1) and (2) and survivor of them then to their lawful heirs. If none to right heirs of (1) for ever. (1) agrees that (2) shall enjoy said premises for life if she survives him, free of incumbrances. (1) agrees with (3) that (1) or anyone having title to the premises should perform any necessary deeds of further assurance to the before-mentioned uses at request of (3).
