Description(1) John Fancourt, Pilton, Rutland, farmer. (2) John Heathcote, Conington Castle, Esq. Recites (i) Marriage Settlement of 29 May, 1788 with father of (2) as trustee. (ii) Solemnization of said marriage. (iii) Death of Mary Jenkins without issue and (1) therefore being entitled to money mentioned in Marriage Settlement. Now in consideration of transfer of said sum of £500 3% Consolidated Bank Annuities. (1) to (2). released of payment of same and any other any other claims.
