These two now wish to be relieved of the trusts and that Frederick Thompson of Sheriff Hutton, Yorks, Esq. and The Rev. Frederick Bagot, Rector of Rodney Stoke, nr. Wells, Somerset, are proposed as the new trustees. The court is being approached because there is some doubt about the competence of the Heathcotes to appoint new trustees.
