DescriptionClark says that under marriage settlement of Downes, following lands have been sold (named as in petition) and swears to rest of petition. Viscount Downe testifies to fitness of Thompson and Bagot to be the new trustees. Daniel Seaton of the City of York, land-agent, testifies as witness of F. Thompson's signature and consent. F. Thompson signs his consent to be a trustee. The Rev. Chas. Walter Bagot, Castle Rising, Nfk., clerk, testifies to F. Bagot's signature and consent. F. Bagot signs his consent to be a trustee.
