DescriptionUnderstands that the copyhold part of the estate at Stukeley which Heathcote took in exchange for the lands adjoining the Park at Hinchingbrooke have not been surrendered to Heathcote and cannot now be legally surrendered until the heir to Lord Sandwich somes of age. Assures him that it will be done then with no expense to Heathcote or his family. If the Earl is dead he has no doubt that his children will hold this promise of his sacred. Hopes Heathcote will think this satisfactory, The business should have been completed long ago. Wishes Heathcote to feel certain that the business will be properly concluded.
