DescriptionSorry that Lord Denbigh and Mr. Hart C. should be detained about the sale of Steeple Gidding. Mr. White saw Mr. Robinson this morning and the drafts are almost ready. The imputations of delay to Mr. Wilmot are quite groundless, the delay being due to some small disagreements about the money for the repairs, and the proving a composition to exist in lieu of tithes. Mr. White will give the business all the despatch he can.
