DescriptionCurtis has received Heathcote's of 24th. and has sent the writings to Mr. Mayer this morning. Encloses copy of letter with Mr. Bertie's signed agreement. Most convenient to Mr. Bertie to have the whole purchase money paid in London. £5,000 to be paid to Mr. Browne of Greatford, to his Banker, Tolbach and Co., £6,000 to Mr. Bertie's bros. or their trustee, Mr. James Mead, Secy. to the College of Physicians; £700 to Mr. Bertie in London. Mr. Bertie to get his rents due at LadyDay last. Has given orders for no embezlement in the wood. There will be no dilatoriness, at least from Curtis.
