Surprised that Curtis blames Mr. White for the delay when it took so long to get the writings from Mr. Mayer and it was thought best to defer till one of the bros. came of age. As to interest his advance of £2,000 or £4,000 was refused. P.S. Mr. Mead refused to sign - that was also a delay from the seller's friends.
